Jail for historic sexual abuse
Amanhasbeenjailedforeight years after pleading guilty to historic child abuse.
Clive Baxter, 71, who is already serving a 16 year sentenceforsexoffences, pleaded guilty to six countsofindecent assault of a boy under 10 for offences which took place in 2001.
Baxter, wholivedinFalstaff Way, Huntingdon, at the time oftheoffences, madefrankadmissions when he was interviewed in March earlier this year.
He appeared via video link at Cambridge Crown Court where he was sentenced to eight years which will be served concurrently with his existing term.
Detective Constable Steve Wardsaid:“Theforcetakesall reports of historic abuse very seriously and if you report an incident, regardless of whenit happened, an officer will discuss the procedure with you and go through your options.”
