Pub hosts annual memorial ride

The annual Liam Pridmore Memorial Bike Ride, in memory of the 13-year-old Glinton schoolboy who died from a form of aggressive Brain Tumour in April 2012, takes place at the Golden Pheasant on Saturday. There will be a live band and a barbecue at the pub - and registration for the rides (5mile, 25mile or 60mile) is from 9.30am to 12noon. Proceeds to a number of charities.
