Time limit on being disabled?

The Peterborough Evening Telegraph - - Your Views -

I am a disabled driver who lives his life as most do.

I am strangely surprised why you can only be disabled between the hours of 9am to 6 pm to park outside Sketch ley /Tesco at the top of Stamford High Street.

I do work and try to shop before I go to work, only to find that I am unable to as residents are parking in the disabled slots and not always within the allotted lines.

Like most things for the disabled it is assumed that you don’ t work and have all the time in the world to do you everyday chores.

I am assuming the parking decisions is highways?
