Captain Morgan should be axed

The Peterborough Evening Telegraph - - World Of Sport -

I’m glad Eoin Morgan (above) has decided not to travel to Bangladesh with England. His form has long demanded he be dropped as a player. He appears to have survived this long because of some mistaken belief he’s the best England skipper since Mike Brearley. Irishman Morgan doesn’t take his captaincy duties seriously enough to sing the national anthem. He’s not a lot different to Kevin Pietersen in adopting England as a way to improve his career and earn a pot of money. Morgan now dabs and pushes while the likes of Jos Buttler and Ben Stokes flay and carve. He pfaffs and fidgets and plays without conviction. England should have rid themselves of this selfish character months ago. They have no excuse to keep him now.
