Lym­phoma Sup­port Group raises £300

Peter­bor­ough Lym­phoma Sup­port Group held a Lym­phatic Cancer Aware­ness Week stand at Peter­bor­ough City Hos­pi­tal dur­ing Septem­ber to pro­mote Lym­phoma.

The group also held a tom­bola stall, which raised £ 241 and re­ceived £ 60 in do­na­tions, to­talling £301.

This money will go to­wards the Lym­phoma As­so­ci­a­tion, which aims to sup­port peo­ple af­fected by lym­phatic cancer. The char­ity makes sure that every­one af­fected by lym­phoma re­ceives the best pos­si­ble in­for­ma­tion and sup­port, treat­ment and care.

The Peter­bor­ough Lym­phoma Sup­port Group meets every sec­ond Fri­day of the­month, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm at the Robert Hor­rell MacMil­lan Cen­tre, lo­cated at Peter­bor­ough City Hos­pi­tal. Feel free to go along.
