Fol­low­ing on from their re­sound­ing suc­cess in the sell­out showSis­ter Act, Stam­ford Am­a­teur Mu­si­cal So­ci­ety will be­bring­ingAn­ni­ethe­mu­si­cal to Stam­ford Corn Ex­change from May 31 to June 4.

The so­ci­ety is look­ing for youn­gor­phans­fortheir­forth­com­ing­pro­duc­tio­nan­dis­also on the look­out for their next lead­ing lady to un­der­take the role of Annie.

The group is run­ning a work­shop on Satur­day (7th) to coach in­ter­ested par­ties in stage­craft, singing, act­ing, danc­ing and im­pro­vi­sa­tion ready to pre­pare for au­di­tions which­will­take­placeon Jan­uary 15 from 1pm at All Saints and St Johns Hall.

The work­shop on Satur- day will cost £2:50 per child and will run from 1:30pm to 2:30pm at All Saints Church. Chil­dren wish­ing to take part must be be­tween the ages of seven and 16, de­pen­dent on height and their ex­pe­ri­ence.

All chil­dren at­tend­ing the work­shop must be ac­com­pa­nied by an adult.
