1,000 va­can­cies on of­fer at Jobs Show

One thou­sand va­can­cies with a range of com­pa­nies will be on of­fer at a jobs show in Peter­bor­ough. Re­cruiters from em­ploy­ers around the re­gion will show­case their va­can­cies with more than 1,000 jobs and ap­pren­tice­ships. The Job Show Peter­bor­ough will be held at Peter­bor­ough United Foot­ball Club on Jan­uary 12 from 10.30am to 3pm. It will be of­fi­cially opened by the Mayor of Peter­bor­ough Coun­cil­lor Dave San­ders. The event of­fers qual­ity face-to-face re­cruit­ment and ca­reers op­por­tu­ni­ties from lo­cal and world lead­ing or­gan­i­sa­tions. Re­cruiters will present jobs and ap­pren­tice­ships in a range of sec­tors plus a ded­i­cated Train­ing and Ap- pren­tice­ship Cen­tre. Vic­to­ria Clarke, di­rec­tor of The Job Show, said: “We are very ex­cited and thrilled to be cel­e­brat­ing so many jobs and ap­pren­tice­ships in the New Year.” The event is spon­sored by RSA and Peter­bor­ough City Col­lege. Va­can­cies in­clude call ad­vis­ers, team lead­ers, cus­tomer ser­vice ad­vi­sors, op­er­a­tions man­agers, sales con­sul­tants, to pro­duc­tion op­er­a­tives, pack­ing as­sis­tants and bus driv­ers.
