Car brings down power lines

A car brought down power lines and closed the road after a crash in Newborough. Police were called to reports of a single vehicle collision at around 8.30pm on Thursday, January 5, in Bridgehill Road. Fire crews and Western Power Network were called to make the area safe. The road was reopened at about 6.30am the next morning. There were no injuries.
