Golf club cardiac arrest
A man suffered a cardiac arrest at Thorney Golf Centre on Monday morning. The man, believed to be in his 70s, was resuscitated by paramedics after he became unconscious and stopped breathing. He was then taken by the Magpas air ambulance to Papworth Hospital. A Magpas spokeswoman said he was in a ‘critical condition’ upon arrival. The East of England Ambulance Service also attended.
