Cross Keys Homes invited 60 residents, employees and stakeholders to watch a screening of Ken Loach’s award winning film, I Daniel Blake which explores a sad account of the effects of poverty on people who struggle with the processes and systems they are faced with while they are not in work.

Following the film, guests were invited to get involved in a conversation about the themes surrounding the film.

Cross Keys Homes’ chief executive Claire Higgins said: “Our social purpose means that we often support the most vulnerable. We are here to support our residents, whether it’s providing them a safe and secure home, or investing in their skills and providing them with support when times are tough.”
