If you like your exercise outside in the fresh air get along to a fitness boot camp class at Central Park in Peterborough at 6pm. It mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises, with interval and strength training.

If you can’t make it, or want to go back for more, the class takes place again on Sunday at 10am, and then every Sunday and Thursday throughout August.
