Court Jesters look to be well on their way to clinch­ing the Peter­bor­ough World Rules Jet Wed­nes­day League ti­tle.

They made it 11 wins out of 11 matches when tak­ing the hon­ours 11-4 at PSL Aint Go­ing Down.

PSL re­mained in touch at only 6-4 down af­ter the first two ses­sions, but the Jesters made no mis­take with the fi­nal ses­sion tak­ing all five frames with Andy Bun­ton con­firm­ing the team win in the 12th frame.

The fea­tured YouTube Live-stream match saw Court At The Bar win 10-5 against Court Kids.

The Kids took the first ses­sion 3-2 be­fore At The Bar reeled off seven frames in a row with Michael Har­ri­son se­cur­ing vic­tory in the 11th. Ryan An­der­son and Joe Hay­wood took two fur­ther con­so­la­tion frames late on for the Kids

In an­other all-Court clash sec­ond-placed Snap­backs won 10-5 against Gimme A Break with Liam Ayres record­ing a break & dish’ for Snap­backs in the first ses­sion and Sean Hack­ett con­firm­ing the win in the 13th frame.

Postie Pats con­tinue to strug­gle at the foot of the ta­ble. They lost their lat­est match 9-6 at home to Park­way with John Roe clinch­ing vic­tory in the 14th frame.

In the Stan­ground Car­pets & Floor­ing Thursday League there was a white­wash win for Court Lark­ing About over Court Posties.

Young­ster Luke Gil­bert made an im­pres­sive Peter­bor­ough World Rules de­but in this one with three very con­vinc­ing frame wins.

The fea­tured YouTube Live-stream match saw Court By The Cops host Crosskeys Sil­ver and come un­stuck 10-5. Tony Brown con­firmed the win for Cops in the 11th frame.

PSL Lions were at Quinns Mup­pets and put up a brave fight be­fore go­ing down 8-7.

It was nip and tuck all the way and went down to a last frame de­cider where Paul Dewey beat Stephen Ed­g­ley.

Top-of-the-ta­ble Court Gold won 10-5 at home to Blue­bell R Back with Sam Boome­andAdyBon­sor­both mak­ing a ‘break & dish’.
