Book­ings open for ma­jor ex­hi­bi­tion

Work is un­der­way to stage the 18th an­nual Peter­bor­ough B2B Ex­hi­bi­tion. Or­gan­is­ers say ex­hibitor book­ings are be­ing taken for the event, which is one of Peter­bor­ough’s big­gest busi­ness net­work­ing oc­ca­sions.

It will be held at the KingsGate Con­fer­ence Centre on Oc­to­ber 18 from 9am to 4pm and is jointly or­gan­ised by Cam­bridgeshire Cham­bers of Com­merce and Op­por­tu­nity Peter­bor­ough.

John Bridge, cham­ber chief ex­ec­u­tive, said: “We are de­lighted to be back at the KingsGate Centre again to host this vi­brant busi­ness event. “This is a great op­por­tu­nity for com­pa­nies to en­gage with the wider busi­ness com­mu­nity and cre­ate ex­cit­ing new prospects for fu­ture growth, plus learn some new skills through our free sem­i­nars.” At­ten­dance is free and del­e­gates can ben­e­fit from a line up that cov­ers top­ics such as so­cial me­dia, mar­ket­ing and the new Gen­eral Data Pro­tec­tion Reg­u­la­tion (GDPR) that comes into force next May and un­der which or­gan­i­sa­tions could be fined up to €20 mil­lion for non-com­pli­ance.

The pro­gramme will in­clude two speed net­work­ing ses­sions to help del­e­gates make con­tacts and strengthen ex­ist­ing work­ing re­la­tion­ships.
