RE: Victory for campaigners as controversial 2,500 homes development near Castor and Ailsworth is scrapped: I get standing up for your town and land but we need homes, first to moan when plans come up and will be first to moan when no homes left @a2thehip

The Council’s plan still allows for over 21,000 new homes to be built. Peterborough has about 70,000 homes currently. That’s good growth! @MrRichardMoon

This ground will be built on... Developers don’t give up just like that. And we need houses in the area. #onlyamatteroftime @scottallan

We need homes, but not in my backyard, I don’t want my lovely village cottage to lose value. #Hypocrisy @A_D_Speechly

I agree with you Aaron, why would people want another Hampton built on their doorstep? All these new build estates are awful @beersbikebistro
