The Peterborough Evening Telegraph
Still on two wheels
The two photographs this week come from my book Reunions. The original, above, I took in 1990, while the reunion is from June 2016 Pictured in both is Vito Todisco, who is now 92 and originally from Italy. He put up circus tents around the country when he first arrived in England.
He later settled in Peterborough, where he met his wife Maria and worked in the brickyards. He lives with his wife and son Angelo.
He is pictured in the original with his friend Sebastian Gaeta, who died a few years ago.
