Foot-long tooth goes on dis­play

A foot-long mam­moth’s tooth, and a woolly rhino’s neck bone, both thought to be 250,000 years old, have gone on dis­play at the Fos­sils Ga­lore mu­seum in March. The items were found by work­ers at a gravel pit at an undis­closed lo­ca­tion in Cam­bridgeshire.
