Michael McIntyre’s Big Show

Do Ant and Dec finally have a rival for the crown of ’Best Saturday Night TV Host’? When this show first aired as a one-off Christmas special in 2015 and then a full series last year, the critics and public were skeptical, especially considering some of BBC and ITV’s lacklustre recent efforts at weekend entertainment shows. However, McIntyre has not only proven that variety is alive and well, but also that he is a pretty fine host and entertainer. Tonight he returns to London’s Theatre Royal on Drury Lane for the third run of his Big Show.
