Clever new Range Rover Sport
Land Rover has introduced its most efficient Range Rover Sport for 2017 which will go on sale this winter, featuring a four-cylinder diesel engine for the first time.
With prices starting from £59,700 for 2.0-litre specification, there’s new technology and a fresh interior design.
The model offers enhanced all-terrain capability for safer on and off-road driving alongside a broader choice of colours.
It also features an upgraded infotainment system with connectivity and wifi capability, innovative new semi-autonomous driving connected technologies
The new 2.2-litre SsangYong Korando crossover is now available as a special LE model, and features a wealth of additional luxury equipment that includes 18in diamond cut alloy wheels, sat nav and sidesteps.
It is finished in white, metallic black, blue and new Galaxy Green.
Powered by a new powertrain featuring a 2.2-litre diesel Euro 6 engine, the LE comes in two-wheel drive with either a six-speed manual or Aisin six-speed automatic transmission for smooth gear changing and an enhanced driving performance.
The newly developed eXDi220 diesel engine meets the demand for more powerful performance and lower CO2 emissions. Maximum power of 175bhp and maximum torque of 295lb/ft are delivered from a low of 1,400rpm and maintained and greater scope for personalisation.
The model will debut the new 2.0-litre four-cylinder Ingenium diesel engine, manufactured at Jaguar Land Rover’s own engine plant in Wolverhampton.
Already available on both Discovery Sport and Range Rover Evoque models, Ingenium is Jaguar Land Rover’s new breed of engine designed for effortless performance, refinement and efficiency.
Its advanced technology and all-aluminium construction contribute to impressive fuel consumption (45.6mpg) and CO2 emissions (164g/km) and a 0-60 time of 8.0 seconds.
