Warburton nears fitness

British and Irish Lions captain Sam Warburton could start Wales’ autumn rugby union series having not played a game since having surgery to repair a fractured cheekbone sustained three weeks ago. The Blues flanker will miss tonight’s Challenge Cup match against Pau in Cardiff due to neck stiffness, leaving him short of match fitness before leading Wales against Australia on November 5.
