Man had chain in club

A 30-year-old chef who ad­mit­ted hav­ing ametal chain in a pop­u­lar In­ver­ness nightspot was or­dered to carry out 100 hours of un­paid work yes­ter­day.

At In­ver­ness Sher­iff Court, Dawid Kuleta, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to pos­sess­ing the item without law­ful ex­cuse in Johnny Foxes on Jan­uary 19 this year.

De­fence so­lic­i­tor Dun­can Hen­der­son said: “He ac­knowl­edges his be­hav­iour was un­ac­cept­able and he said, while in cus­tody, he was drunk and stupid.”
