Bad behaviour in parliament
Jack Slupinski, Ashdale Cottage, Huntly Place, Aboyne SIR, – What an embarrassment the SNP MPs are. Today at prime minister’s questions, their leader Ian Blackford was repeatedly told by the Speaker that his motion would be dealt with after questions had been completed.
He continued to stand and to shout until he was suspended for the rest of the day. His motley crew then petulantly walked out of the Chamber.
As a proud Scot, I am ashamed that people may think that the SNP contingent are representative of the Scottish people as a whole. government in power at Holyrood that are focused on jobs, growth and making a success of existing and the new devolved powers coming to Holyrood the better.
