EasyJet restarts flights to Luton

-

Flights from Aberdeen to London Luton will return tomorrow when easyJet relaunches a twice-weekly service.

The firm will operate the flights on a Friday and Sunday and come following the reinstatement of other popular routes.

Earlier this month, flights to spots including Alicante and Malaga resumed along with two services to Heathrow every day.

Roger Hunt, interim managing director of Aberdeen International Airport, said: “We are in constant dialogue with our airline partners to ensure we support them with their restart plans. After a number of really challenging months, and with lockdown beginning to show signs of easing, it is reassuring to see a number of routes restarting and frequencies increasing.”
