Car park design seems to have flaw

The Press and Journal (Moray) - - FEATURES -

SIR, – As I was travelling home on the bus, I noticed the new hospital multi-storey car park nears completion. I saw a section of cladding that is in the wrong place, located on the elevation facing the hospital main entrance, on the left of the car park pedestrian entrance door, second panel up.

As there is a design on the cladding panel, this panel appears to be upside down, but it also has a tapered face, so therefore it is in the wrong place. Possibly there is another one wrong, that they may be swapped. As I was a building inspector and clerk of works before I retired, this caught my eye.
