Six teens hunted af­ter at­tack

Po­lice are hunt­ing for six teenagers who at­tacked two men in Aberdeen.

The lat­ter were as­saulted in Kings Gate, near the Ha­zle­head round­about, at 2am on Satur­day, Oc­to­ber 7.

De­tec­tives con­firmed the youths were all male and aged between 15 and 18 years old, and headed to­wards Stron­say Drive af­ter the un­pro­voked at­tack. The men, who are aged 29 and 38, were left with mi­nor in­juries. They were with a wo­man in her 20s who was un­hurt.

Con­sta­ble Lau­ren Mor­gan said: “This was an un­pro­voked as­sault and I would urge any­one who has in­for­ma­tion to come for­ward.” Any­one with in­for­ma­tion is asked to con­tact po­lice on 101, quot­ing ref­er­ence 456 of Oc­to­ber 7.
