M&S to open in timefor season
A high street giant will give shoppers an early Christmas present next month.
The Press and Journal revealed that a Marks and Spencer Foodhall was due to open in Bridge of Don Retail Park in December.
The firm has confirmed the long-awaited shop will have its grand opening on December 6.
The new 9,000sq ft store will bring 60 permanent jobs and 22 temporary festive posts to the area.
The site will feature a 50seat cafe and bakery and a click and collect service for online customers.
Last year owners Standard Life revealed plans to breathe new life into the park.
Costa, Pets at Home and Home Bargains are also on board to move in. B&Q and Carpet Right will stay at the site.
