‘Brutal’ workout could be a first
A Turriff man will undertake a “brutal” gym workout for charity tomorrow.
Martin Milne, 47, is raising money for Clan Cancer support for children by attempting a full body workout consisting of 150 sets.
The exercise will consist of 25 sets of chest, legs, back, biceps, triceps and shoulder reps, with Mr Milne setting himself a deadline of two hours to finish it.
“I’ve been training for this a while and I’ve achieved 100 sets before, so my son Rhys dared me to do 150, which has never been done before,” he said.
Mr Milne has already raised more than £2,500 for charity.
