Park are up to fourth in the ta­ble af­ter a re­sound­ing bonus-point vic­tory against Ch­ester.

Af­ter an end-to-end start, cen­tre Thomas Bed­low set the vis­i­tors on their way when he dived over the white­wash af­ter 28 min- utes. Stephen Collins then con­fi­dently added the ex­tras to give Park a sev­en­point lead.

Two tries at the end of the half, the first from Max Skofic af­ter 38 min­utes be­fore scrum-half Cal­lum Mc­Shane scored off a back of a driv­ing maul just 60 sec­onds later, put the visiSEDGLEY tors in com­plete com­mand.

Fly-half Collins was un­able to con­vert the first but slot­ted the sec­ond to give Park a healthy 19-0 lead at the break.

The hosts started the sec­ond half re­ju­ve­nated, with winger Matthew Crow dart­ing over for the hosts just three min­utes

af­ter the restart and fly-half Liam McGovern’s con­ver­sion re­duc­ing the deficit to 12 points.

How­ever, some­what against the run of play, Park then se­cured their try-scor­ing bonus point when winger Oliver Glasse ex­hib­ited his speed to round the Ch­ester de­fence and cross the white­wash.

And Collins added the ex­tras to re-estab­lish the vis­i­tors’ healthy lead, which had grown to 7-26.

Hooker Daniel Ma­her then pushed his way over for the fifth and fi­nal try of the match to com­plete the scor­ing and se­cure the win for the vis­i­tors.
