Spine-chilling Gothic day

English literature students visited Whitby Museum and Abbey for a creative writing course led by Dr Kevin Corstorphine from the University of Hull. Using items from the museum for inspiration, including ghost ships, Russian dolls and a severed hand, students wrote and filmed their own spine-chilling tales.
