Development could affect everyone

I am writing to express my concern about a planning proposal to build a further 124 holiday lodges on the wildflower meadow at the Bay Country Lodge Park about which some residents of Sands Road were notified.

This development will affect everyone who lives in or visits Hunmanby Gap and put further pressure on the limited road access and visitor facilities which can hardly accommodate the current demand, especially at this time of year.

We would also lose a valuable wildlife habitat.
