Rampant Ryan grabs personal best

Ryan Mancrief travelled to West Cheshire to seek a personal best at the Ellesmere Port 5 kilometre event. Mancrief finished up in 12th of 303 in 16 minutes 38 seconds which equalled his best, and will now be heading to Gateshead to try again for a best time.
