Treehouse offers room with a view

A treehouse created from a listed cargo crane has opened for bookings.

Standing at eight metres high, the Canopy & Stars at Crane 29 treehouse offers views across Bristol Harbourside.

It is open for 100 nights over the summer and 200 guests will get the opportunity to experience the site, described as part art installation and part architectural wonder.

The one-bedroom treehouse has taken three years of planning by Bristol-based Sawday’s Canopy & Stars.
