Drive to recruit inspiring leaders

A charity that aims to boost employability among young people is calling for 1,000 Scottish business leaders to give up an hour of their time to inspire students with real-world examples of career choices.

Founders4schools founder Sherry Coutu said that students with four “employer encounters” are 86 per cent less likely to be “not in employment, education or training”.
