No explosives on diverted flight
German police found no explosives on a Londonbound Easyjet plane that was diverted amid passengers’ fears over a conversation with “terrorist content”.
Three men, aged 31, 38 and 48, were held and then released by police after the pilot took the decision to make an unscheduled landing at Cologne-bonn airport, in Germany on Saturday. All 151 passengers on the flight from Slovenia, were evacuated down emergency chutes and several people suffered minor injuries, Cologne police said.
