Arrayjet in life sciences ‘marquee’ signing
Arrayjet, the bio‑printing and microarray tech com‑ pany based in the Midlothi‑ an Innovation Centre, has hired life science technol‑ ogy entrepreneur Dr Joe Keegan as a non‑executive director.
San Francisco based Keegan is a well‑known leader in life sciences, and Arrayjet said he had been hired to “drive forward future opportunities and make a transformative impact for the business”.
As boss of Fortebio, he raised $25 million and drove annual revenue growth of 45 per cent before its sale to Pall Cor‑ poration.
Dr Iain Mcwilliam, Arrayjet’s chief execu‑ tive, said the appointment “speaks volumes for our international reach”.
