Iomart confirms German interest

Iomart, the Glasgowbased web hosting and cloud computing group, yesterday confirmed speculation that it is one of a number of parties in early stage talks for the potential acquisition of German hosting firm Plusserver.

In a brief stock market announcement, Iomart said there could be “no certainty” these talks would lead to an agreed transaction.
