Pay report passed at Royal Mail’s AGM

Royal Mail saw 8.5 per cent of shareholder votes cast against its pay plans for top bosses at the group’s annual general meeting.

But its remuneration report was passed, with the backing of 91.5 per cent of votes. It came amid recent anger over boss Moya Greene’s bumper pay.
