Falkirk Lacklustre Bairns

-

It would be easy to berate the referee and his officials for poor judgment, causing the Bairns to lose early goals. Although it might be the way they do it in Dunfermline, it’s not in Falkirk.

We lost because we simply weren’t good enough! There was a smaller travelling support which may reflect the team’s current form. Those who did make the short journey were badly let down by a lacklustre Falkirk display, with the exception of O’hara, Gallagher and Kerr who gave 100 per cent. Unfortunately Sibbald and Miller, both very experienced players, should have known better than to recklessly lash out at opponents and reduce the Bairns to nine men! Our squad is wafer thin with injuries; we could do without these suspensions too.
