River searched for missing man

Specialist officers from a dive and marine unit have been searching an Angus river for a missing man.

Anthony K el bie ,48, who livedin the Maryfield area of Dundee, was last seen in Nursery Park between 8pm and 10 pm on 20 August.

Officers searched the South Esk River on Monday.

The search also involved a police helicopter.

It followed an appeal where police spoke to 100 members of the public following his disappearance.
