Watson ‘ key influence on teenagers’

Emma Watson has been na medina poll as the celebrity who most in spires and influences teenagers.

The Harry Potter actress, 27, was picked from a list of 43 stars which included Ariana Grande, Be y oncean dZ ayn Malik. Both girls and boys selected Watson.

Many cited her feminist stanceas the reason she is so inspiring. One respondent said: “She uses the power and fame she gained from the Harry Potter series to speak about important issues like feminism.”

The poll found that“feminist” is the top tribe for teenage girls, outranking labels such as “sporty” and “bookworm”.
