Falkirk That winning feeling

One could be forgiven for thinking hell might just have frozen over! Our national team has won back-to-back games without conceding a goal, whilst Falkirk recorded a first win in five!

After the Bairns’ recent form, the 2-1 win away to Sligo Rovers in the Irn-bru Cup is just as good as a clean sheet. This may be down to the lastminute transfer activity by Peter Houston as he looked to strengthen his defence before the window closed. The signings of Jordan Mcghee and Conrad Balatoni look like they may be the answer as both went straight into the team.

Our attention now turns back to the league with a home match against fellow strugglers Brechin. Nothing but a convincing three points will be good enough to kickstart our season.
