AA rolls in with latest numbers

The AA was due to releasehalf-yearresults today, with investors set to scour for any clues on the future direction for the business following the dismissal of executive chairman Bob Mackenzie last month.

The firm is under the leadership of acting chief executive Simon Breakwell, who replaced Mackenzie after the AA split up the executive chairman role.
