Aberdeen Mcinnes has know-how
We reach the international break at the top of the league again although we’re now joint top as Celtic have caught us since the last time international football came around.
The break once again allows the Scottish players in the team to enjoy a short holiday but it also allows more work to be done on team cohesion. After my comments last week about a settled team the manager reshuffled the front line against St Johnstone to great effect. The team played a lot better than in the previous weeks and it may be that all that is needed is some time for understandings to be forged between players. Saturday’s game featured some nice anticipatory movement and passing between players that had been missing previously. Turns out the manager may know what he is doing after all!
