Tusk says the UK can choose to have ‘no Brexit at all’

Donald Tusk has opened the door to abandoning Brexit, saying it is up to the UK if there is a “good deal, no deal or no Brexit” at all.
The European Council president told MEPS that Prime Minister Theresa May was in charge of whether Brexit talks succeed or fail.
