Police name victim of fatal road collision

A man who died in a road traffic collision has been named by police.

Officers have named the man – who died in an incident on the A930 near Carnoustie on Friday– as 27-year-old Graham Bell. Part of the road was closed while an investigation took place.

Mr Bell came from the Carnoustie area, officers said.

They also said that Mr Bell’s family had asked that their privacy be respected.
