Dundee Striker wanted

I won’t lie – it’s great fun being Graeme Murty’s kryptonite. The three points gained against Rangers were massive for Neil Mccann, for the fans and for the team, and have given us a bit of hope heading into a tough run of games.

Although we’re only off the bottom by dint of Thistle having no game last weekend, it’s a relief, and Mark O’hara’s penalty box adventures point to a potential solution to our goalscoring woes. But we’re still in dire need of a reliable striker, particularly if Marcus Haber is now back on the physio’s table after going off injured. Goalkeeper Elliot Parish continues to be solid, but keep your eye on Jon Aurtenetxe. He is only signed until January, but the left-back is growing in composure and confidence with each game and improving our defence as he goes.
