Aberdeen Plenty of spice

After weeks of media-driven speculation about Derek Mcinnes it was refreshing to have the chairman and manager come out and put it all to bed. Equally pleasing was the result on Sunday, although I’m sure Stevie May will feel aggrieved by the poor officiating. Perhaps not as much as folks from Lanarkshire though!

We now move on to two games which don’t normally need much extra spice but that won’t stop the usual media stories appearing. I would be surprised if Ryan Jack isn’t the lead in many articles by the weekend along with the older usual suspects. I imagine Mr Durrant will have his phone turned on in case an interview is needed. Given the lack of managerial progress in Govan I guess that something has to fill the column inches though.
