Dumbarton Draws like defeats

Picking up successive 2-2 draws in games against Dunfermline and Queen of the South should be seen as good results. But they both feel like defeats. After Froxy put us 2-1 up at East End Park on Saturday with the goal of the season, it was frustrating not to see the game out as the hosts equalised with two minutes to go.

It was even more frustrating on Tuesday when, after scoring on 82 minutes, our opponents again equalised late.

Saying all that, I’ll take another 2-2 on Saturday in Paisley. Greg Morrison scored his first senior goal the other night and can, hopefully, push on. It’s not quite clicked for him yet, but that goal should do him the world of good.
