Hospital help: Fund to help parents of prenatal babies

Health secretary Shona Robison joins Kerry Devlin and baby Jessica at the neonatal unit at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee to launch a £1.5 million fund to help parents with travel and other expenses while their premature babies are in hospital.
