L Eyeing further UK growth after being acquired by California business

It has satellite locations in Aberdeen and Birmingham, and said the joint business will enable it to expand operations into PCM headquarte­rs in Sheffield along with offices in Northampto­n and Liverpool, “significan­tly” boosting its Uk-based footprint.

The board will remain in place to oversee further recruitmen­t throughout the UK, “including more jobs in Scotland to support the expansion”.

Provista UK director Barry Oliver commented: “Provista UK is delighted to be joining PCM UK, adding to PCM’S recent growth and investment in the UK. Provista UK expects to leverage PCM’S wider investment in the UK and access to complement­ary markets and solutions.”
