Little sense

Is it really necessary to kit children out in high-visibility jackets on a visit to a shopping centre (photo accompanying “Shopping centre teaches children about careers in retail” article, 14 February), thereby creating an appearance resembling a gaggle of Lilliputian building workers?

The wonder is that they were not wearing hard hats as well.
